The Grasselli AB520/720 Automatic Skinner/Derinder accepts virtually any boneless pork cut and some semi-boned cuts for yield efficient skinning/derinding in modern, fast moving pork processing operations.  We also offer the following variations of the AB 520:

AB 520 JS Jowl Slasher

A standard AB520 with a slasher blade assembly to skin and slash pork jowls ready for inspection. Special combination of of rubber rollers and slasher blades give perfect skinning every time.

AB 520 CD Poultry Portion Skinner

The CD variant of the AB520 includes customized components for perfect skinning of chicken and turkey breasts, thighs, and legs. Special product hold down roller moulds to the shape of the product, which eliminates damage to meat thus maximizing yields. 

AB 720

Full 800mm skinning width for US style bellies. Maximizes yields because belly is derinded across its width. Can be installed on the line to create a fully automatic system.
